Insurance Information...
As a practice, it is our goal to offer quality, comprehensive, and cost-effective care to our patients. We are providers for several Managed Care Plans including HMO's, PPO's, and POS. We also are providers for Medicare, Medicaid, and Georgia Better Health. Please make sure you check with your insurance company to see if you need a referral to see a physician in our office. This is your responsibility, and we can not see you without one if it is needed.
Our office also sees patients who have commercial or indemnity plans, and self-pay patients. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Patients are responsible for any co-payments or deductibles at the time of their visits. Financial arrangements may be made through our billing office.
Our billing office is available to answer any questions you may have about insurance or payment.
